Inclusion of women in business

One step to avoid pay inequality and career penalties is the path of entrepreneurship for women. Let's support them!

A satisfied wife = a quality family

The family is the basic building block of society. As an institution, the family is older than religion or the state. In the human world, the family is the primary social unit from which everything else derives. The family fulfills the most important functions, and the way it is led inside will reflect on the future of the society.

If we want to build a better world, we need to think about how to help families (even single-parent or unmarried ones) to pass on quality spiritual values, courage, self-confidence, independence, sharing to their children and give them access to quality education.

The family is a highly private entity with the highest degree of autonomy. Supporting families at a new level is more than necessary, as they are often hit by negative impacts that are related to global influences, changing labor markets and economic conditions.

Why are these programs also intended for unmarried families?

The proportion of children born out of wedlock is 43% in the EU, approx. 50% in the Czech Republic, and 58% in Norway. It is not important for the child whether the family has a legislative document. For the development of a mentally and character-healthy personality, it is important to grow up in a consistent and emotionally favorable environment of maternal and paternal love. A secondary impact on this development is taken over by influences outside the family such as school, friends and extracurricular activities. However, the family is the basic security of life for a child, and everything should be done to ensure that children are that security and that parents can provide their offspring with a stable, safe and emotionally favorable home.

Why Family Projects?

Our institute focuses on helping families in the economic field falling into the issues of business, the labor market and educational focus. We believe that when a family has a solid and secure economic background, in which both parents participate, and thus other members of the family as a whole, a harbor is created that offers its offspring better conditions for the development of their personality in many areas.

Why are the programs also suitable for single-parent families?

After parental separation, it is difficult for one parent to play the role of caregiver and breadwinner. The law does not mandate that a parent who does not have children in care must participate in 50% of the costs until the child is 18 years old. The costs are usually covered only by the caring parent, as there are not always steps where the state will provide you with help. The state is only supposed to help if you are in a very bad economic situation. If, for example, you are a female entrepreneur or you own 2 apartments that you rent out and pay the mortgage from the rental in order to pass the apartments on to your descendants in 30 years, you will not be able to get help. The mortgage is not an expense, but the rental income is income. If you want help from the state as a parent, you must have almost "nothing". However, we want help for parents who are alone in raising children, regardless of the success or assets they had or have. They are on their own and need help.

We help bridge the gender gap

in business

Women face many obstacles in business that men don't normally face. There are significant differences related to the acquisition of funds, time options and career growth, as women are usually the ones who combine all these activities at the same time as taking care of children. They are often on their own financially, as there is no law requiring fathers to contribute half of the child's expenses until he reaches adulthood.

Women who decide to start a business thus bear a much greater risk, even if they have a partner. They never know when a change will occur that can put their business on hold. Thus, they should not only pay attention to prevention against these threats, but also should have the opportunity to get entrepreneurial education and contact a mentor without having to pay for these services.

The gender financial gap

Gender differences in the relationship with the credit market are little talked about. However, economic disparities prevent many women from accessing loans and starting businesses.
